Welcome to Ronald David Ashby and Associates, P.C.'s virtual office. We are a personal service law firm whose primary principle is to vigorously represent our clients and advocate their position as forcefully as is allowed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Rules of Professional Conduct in this Commonwealth.
Our firm represents individuals who have been injured as a result of acts or omission committed by other individuals this is generally referred to as Tort or Civil action. Look in the Civil Action tab and see all of the areas we represent individuals in.
In the Family Law area our firm represents individuals in both child and spousal support actions, custody actions. We also represent both natural parents and the adopting parent in adoptions actions. In Divorce actions we have represented either the husband or the wife. Representation in this area also includes equitable distribution and any other matters related to a divorce action.
Our firm will be at the side of individual workers who have been injured as a result of an injury on the job. This area of the law is called Worker's Compensation. The representation must comply with the Workers' Compensation statute.
Our firm has for more than a quarter of a century represented individual who are charged with a Criminal offense. This includes from the very minor charge up to First Degree Murder.
Our firm represent individuals who have been cited for DUI [Driving under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol] under the new law in Pennsylvania. We represent individuals for any number of different Motor Vehicle or Driving violations. Finally, we represent young men and women who have been involved in and cited for Underage Drinking [UAD].
In the Estate Planning area our firm assist individuals and families in developing an estate plan which can avoid as much death taxes [both federal and state] as is legally allowed.
In our Probate practice we assist and direct executors or administrators of an estate in the collecting all of the assets, collecting the liabilities, paying the liabilities out of the assets and make distribution consistent with the Will and/or the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
